At Sardar Bhagat Singh Foundation, we undertake diverse projects aimed at skill enhancement, employment generation, and community development. 1. Skill Development Centres

We have established Skill Development Centres in partnership with NSDC and Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) across various states. These centres offer certified training programs in:

  • Digital Literacy

  • Sewing & Tailoring

  • Electrical & Electronics

  • Retail & Customer Service

  • Welding & Fabrication

  • Computer Basics & Office Tools

2. Women Empowerment & Livelihood Project

This initiative supports rural and urban women by providing them:

  • Vocational training (tailoring, handicrafts, beauty, health)

  • Financial literacy sessions

  • Self-help group formation

  • Entrepreneurship and micro-enterprise development

3. Mobile Skill Training Vans

To reach remote and underserved areas, we operate Mobile Skill Vans equipped with training infrastructure. These mobile units deliver:

  • Awareness on government schemes

  • Digital education sessions

  • Career counseling for youth

4. Placement-Linked Skill Programs

We conduct job-oriented training for unemployed youth in collaboration with corporate partners. Key features include:

  • Industry-aligned curriculum

  • Soft skills and communication training

  • Mock interviews & resume building

  • Direct job placement support

5. Awareness Campaigns & Community Engagement

Our foundation regularly organizes:

  • Career guidance camps

  • Skill awareness drives in schools and colleges

  • Workshops on government schemes like PMKVY, Skill India, Digital India, and Startup India
